Must know
- Families see published evaluations only. A new evaluation starts unpublished unless its template publishes automatically.
- Publishing is its own permission. It needs Publish Evaluations, which the Coach role does not include by default.
- Find what is waiting. Turn on Unpublished only on Athletes > Evaluations.
- Plan. The page appears only on plans that include Training.
1
Show what is waiting
Go to Athletes > Evaluations and turn on Unpublished only. To narrow further, use Search athlete or template…, or click Filters and set Status, Template, Coach, Discipline, Level or Date range (fill in both From and To).
2
Check the result
Click the eye icon to check the skills, score and notes. Pending and In Progress mean the coach has not finished.
3
Publish it
Click Publish on the row, the card or the evaluation’s page (“Evaluation published”). It leaves the Unpublished only list, and its page shows who published it and when.
Blank evaluations no coach has scored stay hidden, even on a template that shows drafts. Evaluations recorded before publishing was introduced count as published (“Published before tracking”).
Publish automatically instead. A template’s When families see these evaluations can be Someone publishes each evaluation (the default), Publish as soon as it is recorded (once it has a result), or Publish once it is a set number of days old (1 to 365 days, published overnight). It also has Show unpublished evaluations to families as drafts. See Create evaluation templates.
Editing a published evaluation. Saving a change from a session’s evaluations grid asks “Save changes to a published evaluation?”. Save and unpublish hides it until someone reviews it. Only staff with Publish Evaluations see Save and keep published.
