Must know
  • Available on plans that include Events — if you don’t see it, ask your Uplifter contact.
  • The attendee counter shows filled and total spots, but capacity isn’t enforced here — you can still register an athlete after an event is full.
  • Marking an athlete Absent sends the guardian a missed-attendance email, if your club has that notification turned on.
Open an event from Registrations → Events to see its attendee list, summary cards, and status badges.

Register an athlete

In the Attendees card, click Register, pick an athlete from the list, and confirm. Athletes already registered are hidden from the picker. If the event has a capacity, the counter shows filled and total spots — but it won’t stop you from registering past it.

See who showed up

Each attendee carries a status badge, which starts at Signed Up. Day-of check-in is recorded at the event itself and updates the badge here. Scanning an athlete in with QR check-in marks them Present; to mark someone Late, use the Present and Late buttons on the event’s attendee list in the events portal.
Attendance statuses and what they mean (a new registration shows as Signed Up; once someone is checked in, the badge on this page shows the status name in capitals):
  • Signed Up — registered but not yet checked in.
  • PRESENT — attended.
  • LATE — attended, arrived late.
  • ABSENT — did not attend; can trigger the guardian missed-attendance email.
  • EXCUSED — an approved absence. Note that an excused absence still counts in attendance-rate math the same way an absence does — it isn’t treated as neutral.
Club-wide attendance reporting lives in the attendance area — this page is for a single event’s roster. Related: How do I create an event? · Assign staff to an event
