Must know
- Every athlete profile has an Activity tab that lists recorded changes, newest first.
- Each entry names who made the change, including a guardian editing in the family portal. Where no name was recorded, it shows where the change came from, such as Gym staff.
- Medical changes list the fields that changed, never the values. Emergency contact changes only say the contacts were updated.
- Any staff member can open the tab. The club-wide Activity log is a separate page.
1
Open the athlete's profile
Go to Athletes > Directory and click the athlete’s name.
2
Open the Activity tab
Click Activity, the last tab. Every profile has it.
3
Read the entries
Each entry shows what changed, who changed it and when. Click Load more for older entries.
Who is named. Staff and guardians show by name, and a change made through Ask Hero adds (via Hero). When another club that shares this athlete changes their details, you see a role such as Gym staff instead of a name.
Last-changed lines. Rows on the Programs and Memberships tabs show Last recorded change by [name] on [date]. No line means no recorded change yet.
Staff notes are separate. Note changes don’t appear here: the Note card on the Overview tab shows Last edited by [name] on [date], and the club-wide Activity log records them without their text.
No entries yet? A new record reads No recorded activity yet. A record older than your club’s recorded history reads Changes before [date] were not recorded: a gap, not proof that nothing changed.
Who can open it. Any staff member at your club. The club-wide My Organization > Activity log needs View Settings. A guardian’s profile has its own Activity tab for their account and the invitations your club sent them.
