Must know
  • Available on plans that include Competitions (defaults off) — if you don’t see it, ask your Uplifter contact.
  • If a required membership is missing, the registrant can often buy it during the registration flow — but only when a matching membership is available to purchase online and they meet its restrictions; otherwise they’re blocked from registering.
  • Eligibility is checked per athlete when someone opens the registration flow, so only categories they qualify for are offered.
Two things control who can register: the restrictions on the Restrictions step, and the registration window on the Registration step. Restrictions. On the Restrictions step you can require any of:
  • Age — a minimum and/or maximum age.
  • Level — one or more required levels.
  • Capacity — a cap on total entries.
  • Membership — one or more required memberships. A registrant missing one can buy it during checkout if that membership is available to purchase online and they meet its restrictions; if not, they can’t register.
  • Waiver — waivers that must be signed.
  • Medical — medical information collected during registration.
  • File upload — a required file (for example, routine music).
Registration window. On the Registration step, decide whether registration is open immediately or set a start date/time and an end date/time. You can also add an early-access code: people who have the code can register before the public window opens.
