Must know
  • You register equipment from a facility’s Equipment tab and can assign each item to a specific space within that facility.
  • Condition and the last inspection date are stored for reference only — there are no automatic maintenance reminders, and marking an item Unsafe / Out of Order does not block anything.
  • Logging an inspection is one click and records today’s date — there’s no field to enter or backdate a custom inspection date.
Keep an inventory of mats, apparatus, and gear so you always know what you have and where it lives.
1

Register an item

On a facility’s detail page, open the Equipment tab and click Add Equipment. Enter a Name/ID and optional Serial Number, set the Condition and Status, and use Assign to Space to place it in a specific room. Inspection and purchase dates can’t be entered when you first register an item.
2

Record condition and inspections

Set Condition to Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor, or Unsafe / Out of Order, and set a Status of Active, Retired, or Maintenance. To record an inspection, open the item’s row menu and choose Log Inspection — it stamps today’s date. These are for your records — Uplifter won’t remind you or lock anything based on them.
3

Edit an item

Choose Edit in the item’s row menu to update its Name, Serial Number, Condition, Status, or the space it’s assigned to.
