Must know
- Pricing is one price plus a Billing Schedule: a one-time payment, or a monthly or annual recurring charge. Recurring options only appear for full-program enrollment.
- By default Uplifter does not prorate program fees for families who join late. Your club can turn on proration for specific program categories under Settings → Financial Setup → Payment Schedule, so a monthly recurring program in one of those categories charges a partial first period.
- The billing schedule locks as soon as a paid program has an active enrollment — you can’t switch between one-time and recurring after that.
- Clubs on a plan that includes Rate Cards can price a monthly recurring, whole-program enrollment from a named rate card instead of a fixed monthly amount — the fee is set by the athlete’s total weekly class hours. The rate-card choice locks once athletes are enrolled.
- One-time payment — the flat rate is charged once at checkout.
- Monthly recurring — a set amount each month while enrolled.
- Annual recurring — a set amount each year while enrolled.
