Must know
  • There are four statuses: Active, Inactive, Trial, and Graduated.
  • The roster’s default view hides Inactive athletes and shows Active, Trial, and Graduated.
Every athlete carries a status at your club. It’s a label you control that helps you keep the roster meaningful and decide who shows up by default.
  • Active — a current, participating athlete. This is the status new athletes start with.
  • Trial — an athlete trying out your club before committing.
  • Graduated — an athlete who has completed or moved on but whom you still want to keep visible in the roster.
  • Inactive — a retired athlete you want to keep on record but out of the everyday view.
The Athlete Directory loads with Active, Trial, and Graduated athletes shown, so Inactive athletes stay out of the way. To see Inactive athletes, open Filters and check Inactive under Status. You set an athlete’s status when you edit their profile. Marking someone Inactive is the recommended way to retire an athlete while keeping all their history — unlike deleting, which permanently removes their records.
