Must know
  • If you enter an address it’s automatically geocoded for maps; changing the address re-geocodes it.
  • At most one facility is the default — setting a new default unsets the previous one, but an org can have no default at all if the toggle is never turned on.
  • Deleting the current default promotes the oldest remaining facility to default. You can’t delete your only facility while it’s the default — though a non-default facility can be deleted even if it’s the last one.
A facility is a building or venue — its address, contact details, and status — and it anchors your spaces, equipment, and schedules.
1

Add the facility

Go to Settings → Organization → Facilities and click Add Facility. Facility Name (for example, “Main Gym”) is the only required field. Everything else is optional — Street Address, City, State / Province, Postal Code, Country, Phone, Email, Description, Square Footage, and Max Capacity.
2

Set status and default

Choose a Status — Active, Inactive, or Maintenance — and use the Default Facility toggle if this should be your primary venue. Click Create Facility.
3

Manage the facility

Open a facility to see its detail tabs. Overview holds its general information; Staff lets you Assign Staff and mark a primary assignment; Notes keeps timestamped notes; and Activity rolls up upcoming events, programs, sessions, and competitions booked at the venue.
Spaces and hours, and equipment, each have their own setup — see the related articles below. Related: Add spaces and set operating hours · Track equipment and inspections · Schedule a staff shift
