  • The switcher at the top of the left sidebar lists only clubs where you hold an active staff role. Clubs where you’re only a guardian don’t appear.
  • Switching reloads the page you’re on with that club’s permissions and clears any saved list filters.
  • Add Organization creates a brand new club. It doesn’t join one you already belong to.
  • To move between the admin dashboard, the coach portal and the family portal, use Switch to another portal in the menu under your name at the bottom of the sidebar, not the club switcher.
Where to find it. The switcher sits at the top of the left sidebar: your club’s name over the word Organization. On a phone, open the sidebar menu first. The coach portal has its own switcher (in the sidebar, or the More menu on a phone) that lists only clubs where you coach. Which clubs it lists. Active clubs where you hold a staff role with at least one permission. Clubs where you’re only a parent or guardian, invitations you haven’t accepted, suspended access, and roles with no permissions are left out.

Open the switcher

Select your club’s name at the top of the sidebar, then use the Search organizations… box if you manage several clubs. A check mark shows your current club.

Pick a club

This re-applies your role and permissions there, clears any saved list filters (so a screen like Athletes doesn’t stay filtered by the old club), and reloads the page you’re on.
Only staff at one club? You’ll still see the switcher, plus an Add Organization item. It starts signup for a brand new club; it isn’t a way to join an existing one. Moving between portals. The club switcher moves you between clubs, not portals. To go to the coach portal or the family portal, or to get back to the admin dashboard from the family portal, use Switch to another portal in the menu under your name: Guardian always appears there, Coach and Admin only when your role allows. Staff and a guardian elsewhere? Sign-in favors your staff club; guardian-only clubs never appear as switch targets, and opening the admin dashboard while you’re in one of them moves you to your staff club automatically. If no club is selected or your access is turned off. You land on a Switch Organization screen (or an Access Deactivated notice, see Why can’t I get into my club dashboard?) where you can pick another club or Log out.
