Must know
  • Available on plans that include Bookings (defaults off) — if you don’t see it, ask your Uplifter contact.
  • Only Active bookings appear on your public site. New bookings start Active; set one to Inactive or Archived anytime from the Configure sheet on the Bookings list. Completed is applied automatically once a booking’s End Date has passed — it’s not a status you pick.
  • Choose the shape up front: fixed-duration slots (a set length plus optional buffer) or variable windows (open availability blocked out as reservations are confirmed).
A booking is a resource members can reserve — an open gym or party room (a space), or staff time such as a private lesson. Create one from Registrations → Bookings, then click Add booking. The builder has four steps: General, Schedule, Requirements, and Review.
1

General

Set the name, description, image, and price (leave the price blank for a free booking), and turn on Require Approval if reservations should wait for your review before they confirm. New bookings are created Active — you change that later from the Bookings list, not here.
2

Schedule

Add weekly availability windows (day plus start/end time). To generate fixed-length slots, set a Duration and optional Buffer between bookings; leave those blank for variable windows. Set a Start Date (required) and, if you want, an End Date — the last day the booking accepts reservations. Once that day passes in your organization’s time zone the booking automatically becomes Completed and leaves your public site; leave the End Date empty to keep it available indefinitely.
3

Requirements

Choose a Registration Mode: Athlete Registration enforces the eligibility requirements you set, while Open Registration lets any signed-in member book and shows the requirements as display text only. Then set a capacity (blank means unlimited) and any eligibility requirements — level, age, gender, membership, waiver, medical, or file upload.
