Must know
  • It’s on the Billing tab. Open the guardian’s Billing tab and use Billing contacts & addresses: Add address or Add contact.
  • They belong to the guardian’s own account. They’re the same saved contacts and addresses that fill in the family’s checkout.
  • One address and one contact are primary. The primary contact can’t be removed until another contact is primary.
  • Invoice emails still go to the guardian’s own email, not to a billing contact.

Open the Billing tab

Go to Athletes > Guardians, open the guardian, and select the Billing tab.

Add an address

Under Billing contacts & addresses, select Add address. Fill in Street, City and Postal code. Label (optional) and State / Province can stay blank, and Country is set by your club. Tick Set as primary if it should be the primary one, then select Add address.

Add a contact

Select Add contact and fill in First name, Last name, a valid Email and a valid Phone (Relationship (optional) can stay blank), then select Add contact. This form has no primary box, so use the row menu instead.

Edit or set as primary

Open the three-dot menu at the end of a row. Edit opens the same form. Select Save changes when done. Set as primary makes that entry the primary one.
How primary works. The first address and the first contact saved for a guardian become primary automatically, and only one of each is primary at a time. Each primary entry carries a PRIMARY badge. Primary and invoice emails. Primary entries don’t change where invoice emails go: those always go to the guardian’s own email. Removing an entry. Choose Remove from the row menu and confirm. This can’t be undone. Removing the primary address makes the oldest remaining address primary. The primary contact’s Remove is grayed out, so set another contact as primary first. A guardian’s only address or contact can’t be removed: add another first. Who can do this. The Billing tab only shows for staff with View Financials. Saving any change also needs Edit Families. Without it the buttons still show, but the change is refused with an error.
