Must know
  • Go Live stays disabled until your payment processing is both verified and finalized.
  • A banner at the top of Website Builder tells you payment setup is required before the site can go live — otherwise visitors could start a registration but couldn’t pay.
  • Complete verification, then Finalize Setup to create your payout account and unlock publishing.
If the Go Live button in Website Builder is greyed out, your club hasn’t finished payment processing setup yet. A site that can’t take money would let families start a registration and then hit a dead end at checkout, so publishing stays locked until your payment setup is complete.

What you’ll see

  • Go Live disabled with a tooltip. Hovering the button explains that verification must be completed before publishing.
  • An amber banner at the top of Website Builder: “Payment processing must be set up before this site can go live,” with a Set up payments link to payment onboarding.

How to fix it

Head to your payment onboarding and complete the verification steps. Verification alone isn’t enough: once you’re verified, select Finalize Setup to create your payout account — only then does Go Live become active. See the related articles below for each step. Then return to Website Builder and publish. Related: Get verified to accept payments · Finalize payments and payouts · Publish your website and take it live
