Must know
  • Rate times sessions. Per session is offered on Enroll in entire program and Full & Drop-in programs. Each period charges your rate times that period’s scheduled sessions.
  • Amounts vary. Cancelled sessions and closure days are never counted, and a period with no sessions bills nothing.
  • Locked once enrolled. You can’t switch between flat and per session after athletes enroll; the rate itself stays editable for new registrations.
  • No proration. Per-session pricing can’t be combined with proration; set Proration to Never prorate.
Where to find it. The program builder’s Billing step, or for an existing program, Configure in its menu under Registrations > Programs, then Billing. Sign up per class programs already charge by the session.

Add a start date and a weekly slot (and an end date, for a one-time program) to see the total, or a Per-period breakdown for a monthly or annual program. An empty period is flagged: “One period has no sessions, so nothing will be invoiced for it.”
How periods are cut. Monthly periods run from the program’s start date. If your club sets a Monthly billing day (Settings > Financials > Payment Schedule) and the program starts on a different day, the first period is a short one that runs to the first billing day, then each runs billing day to billing day. Annual programs run year to year from their start. The rules. When sessions change. On a monthly or annual program, cancelling, restoring or moving a session, or adding or removing a closure, reprices unpaid invoices for the affected periods. The family isn’t notified, and any overpayment becomes account credit. Paid invoices never change. For those, issue session credits, which start at one session at the rate each family paid. The session page shows your rate as Session value. Elsewhere. Full-program pass rates become prices per session, capped at your Price per session. Membership rates are also entered per session, but have no cap. Your club website leads with your rate “per session”. If your club has payment plans, a plan on a one-time program splits the per-session total.
