Must know
  • The free trial runs 30 days from signup.
  • When the trial ends, your subscription becomes active and is billed automatically — there’s no separate confirmation step to click.
  • Add a payment card before the trial ends, or the first charge fails and the grace-period process starts.
New clubs on a paid plan start with a 30-day free trial. During the trial you have full access and aren’t charged. When the 30 days are up, Uplifter automatically switches your subscription to active and generates your first invoice in the same daily billing run. Because conversion is automatic, the most important thing is to have a working card on file before your trial ends.
1

Check your trial end date

Open Settings → Billing & Usage → Subscription Billing. Your Current Plan card shows your plan and renewal information.
2

Add a payment method

On the Payment Methods card, add a card so the first charge can go through. This is the step people most often forget.
3

Let it convert

When the trial ends, your subscription becomes active and the first charge is taken automatically. You’ll get a payment confirmation email.
If no card is on file (or the card is declined) when your trial converts, the charge fails and your club enters the grace period — see what happens when a payment fails.
