Must know
  • Training and a template. The grid shows only on plans that include Training, once the session has an evaluation template (set in Edit session).
  • Nothing saves on its own. Click Save All (the grid) or Save Evaluation (one athlete).
  • Edits unpublish. Changing an evaluation families can see unpublishes it, unless you have Publish Evaluations and choose Save and keep published.
  • Permission. Saving needs Record Evaluations.
Where to find it. Go to Registrations > Programs, open the program, choose the Sessions tab, then click a session’s date. The evaluations card sits below Registrations & Attendance, titled with the template’s name and “[n] skills · [n] athletes”. If no template is set. The card reads “No evaluation template is set for this session. Use Edit session to choose one, or assign a default to the program.” Click Edit session, pick a template under Default evaluation template, then Save changes. What the grid shows. A row per athlete, a column per template skill, then Status (Pending, In Progress, Pass, Retry, Excellent or Satisfactory) and Publication (Published or Unpublished). If the session has no evaluations yet, the grid starts a Pending one for every registered athlete.

Score each skill

Click a Pass / Fail icon to cycle through not attempted, attempted and succeeded. Type a number for Point Scale or Repetitions, or pick a grade for Grade Scale. An Unsaved changes badge appears.

Score several athletes at once

Tick the athletes. Set Skill for Selected marks one pass/fail skill Pass, Attempted or Clear for all of them (“Updated [n] athletes”). Pass All Skills passes every pass/fail skill (“Marked all pass/fail skills passed for [n] athletes”). Clear Selection deselects everyone. These appear only for templates with a pass/fail skill, and neither saves.

Save the grid

Click Save All (“Evaluations saved”). Only athletes you changed are saved, and a scored Pending evaluation moves to In Progress.

Set the result or add notes

Click a row’s file icon (Open details) for Evaluation Details: Skills Assessment, Overall Status and Notes. Click Save Evaluation to save that athlete.
Editing a published evaluation. Saving a change families can already see asks “Save changes to a published evaluation?”. Save and unpublish hides it until someone reviews the changes. Save and keep published leaves it visible. Only staff with Publish Evaluations see that button. In Save All, your choice covers every published evaluation you changed.
