Must know
  • One sign-in for every club in your country (the US or Canada). A club in the other country needs a separate account with a different email (why).
  • Who you can see. Your own athlete profile, every athlete in your families, and any athlete someone has shared with you (only the parts they shared).
  • Registering and waivers. You register, and buy your first membership or pass, on your club’s website. Waivers can be signed in either place.
  • One medical record. It follows your athlete to every club.
What it is. The Guardian Portal (these help pages call it the family portal) is the family side of Uplifter, where you keep up with your family’s clubs: sign in once to see all your athletes, even at different clubs in the same country. Knew it as the Athletes Portal? It’s the same place under a new name, and old links, even in past emails, open the right page. What it opens on. The Dashboard greets you with Hey [your first name] and shows your next class, action items (Pay, Review & sign, Update info), membership alerts, each athlete’s Attendance, Streak and Skills, and a This week list. With two or more athletes, Viewing filters it by athlete. See What’s on my family dashboard?. The bell at the top right holds club announcements. The menu. On a computer, it’s on the left. Memberships appears only if a club of yours uses memberships or passes. Punch Cards appears only if one uses punch cards. Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K to search athletes, programs, action items and menu pages. On a phone. The bottom bar has Dashboard, Athletes, Chat and More. Everything else, plus Sign out, is under More. Who you can see. Only these athletes:
  • Your own athlete profile, if you have one.
  • Every athlete in a family where you are a Family owner, Co-manager or Guardian, which can include another adult’s children.
  • Athletes shared with you through Shared access: only the shared parts, sometimes only at certain clubs, until it ends. It never includes signing waivers.
  • Athletes you were a guardian for before Uplifter added families, unless that access was removed.
Missing one? Ask that family’s owner or a co-manager to invite you. The Athletes page. Each card on My athletes has Skills, Achievements, Attendance, Evaluations and Medical, plus View profile for the athlete’s full page, from Progress to History (What’s on my athlete’s page?). Add Athlete adds one to a family of yours. An athlete added here shows No organization until you register them. One added on a club’s website joins that club right away. Combine duplicates appears when you have two or more athletes you can combine yourself. Invoices. This page leaves out drafts, cancelled invoices and history imported from a previous system. Open one marked Due soon, Overdue or Failed to pay it. If it needs waivers, sign them first, and then Pay this order appears. Registering and waivers. Registering, and a first membership, pass or punch card purchase, happen on your club’s website. You can also sign waivers here: on a registration’s Waivers card, on an invoice, or on the One more thing screen after sign-in. Signed copies are under Waivers.
One record serves all of an athlete’s clubs, so its form shows every club’s questions under Additional Questions, headed by club name when more than one asks.
The menu has no link to it. On the Dashboard, See all programs and each program card under Discover new programs at [club name] open the club’s website, if it has a published one. Otherwise, go to your club’s web address.
On your club’s Uplifter address (ending in .uplifter.app), one sign-in covers both. On your club’s own web address you can register and check out right there. Signing in passes briefly through Uplifter’s sign-in page and brings you back.
