Must know
- Depending on the program you may need to sign waivers, complete medical info, answer custom questions, or upload a required file before you can finish.
- These steps only appear when that specific program requires them — a simple program skips straight to review.
- Sign Waivers — read and sign the club’s required agreements for the athlete. A signed waiver is saved and reused for future programs, so you usually won’t sign it again — but a club can set an expiry on a waiver, and once your signature has expired you’ll be asked to sign it again at checkout.
- Custom Info — answer questions the club added, such as t-shirt size, allergies to note, or a photo-consent choice.
- Medical Info — record allergies, medications, conditions, and an emergency contact.
- File Upload — attach a required document, like a birth certificate or a medical form.
