Must know
  • Depending on the program you may need to sign waivers, complete medical info, answer custom questions, or upload a required file before you can finish.
  • These steps only appear when that specific program requires them — a simple program skips straight to review.
Some programs ask for more than just an athlete and a payment. When they do, the registration stepper adds a step for each requirement and won’t let you reach checkout until it’s done. You may see any of these:
  • Sign Waivers — read and sign the club’s required agreements for the athlete. A signed waiver is saved and reused for future programs, so you usually won’t sign it again — but a club can set an expiry on a waiver, and once your signature has expired you’ll be asked to sign it again at checkout.
  • Custom Info — answer questions the club added, such as t-shirt size, allergies to note, or a photo-consent choice.
  • Medical Info — record allergies, medications, conditions, and an emergency contact.
  • File Upload — attach a required document, like a birth certificate or a medical form.
A program may also require a membership or a pass before you can register; if so, the flow adds a step to buy or select it. Because every club sets its own requirements, two programs at the same club can ask for different things. If a step is blocking you, complete it (or add the required item to your cart) and the flow will continue.
