Must know
  • A membership belongs to one athlete, and the purchase belongs to your family.
  • Monthly and Yearly memberships renew automatically. One-time and Per Session memberships are paid once.
  • Programs, bookings, competitions and store items can require a membership, and the registration or buy flow adds it to your cart. An event ticket that requires one needs the athlete to hold it already.
  • Some memberships need a signed waiver or have age, level or other requirements, checked when you pick the athlete.
What it is. Your club decides what each membership includes, what it costs and which billing cycle it uses. Renewing memberships carry an Auto-renews badge and keep renewing until you cancel or the club’s end date passes. A One-time or Per Session membership is open-ended unless the club set an end date, and then coverage runs through that last day. Badges and checks. A card can show an age badge (such as Ages 8+ or Up to 12), a level, an achievement or Waiver required. After you choose an athlete with Select athlete, the button reads Checking while Uplifter tests age, gender, level, achievements, availability and purchase conditions. An athlete who does not qualify sees the reason and cannot add it. For a waiver membership, the signing dialog opens after Add to cart, and the membership goes into your cart once everything is signed. Checkout will not sell an athlete the same membership twice for the same period. When something requires a membership. Usually the athlete you are signing up must hold it, and one in your cart for that athlete counts too. For store items, and where your club made it a family rule, a membership held by anyone in your family counts.
  • Programs and bookings show a Membership Required step. Competitions show a Membership Required notice once you pick the athlete. You pick one membership, or all of them are added when the club requires every one.
  • Store items show Also required: a membership, with Who will hold this membership? and Choose athlete.
  • An event ticket that needs a membership is checked at checkout, and the athlete must already hold it.
Buying. Anyone can browse the Memberships page on your club website, but the button reads Sign in to buy until you sign in. To buy the same membership for another athlete, use Add another athlete (details). Joining partway through a cycle offers Start now or Next cycle with a Due today amount (which to pick). If you belong to more than one family, pick one under Purchase belongs to in your cart. Some memberships are not sold online; your club adds them (how that works). After you buy. Find your memberships under Memberships in the family portal (on a phone, under More), grouped by athlete with status and payment badges.
