  • Nothing is charged. Until checkout has a price for your order, you can’t pay.
  • Checkout retries on its own first. If it still can’t price your order, select Try again.
  • If the message points to your cart or your club, change the cart or contact your club.
Why this happens. Checkout works out your total every time your cart changes. When that fails, a yellow notice appears in the Order Summary and Continue stays greyed out. Reasons you may see.
  • “Too many pricing requests from your connection right now. Please wait a moment and try again.” Many people on one connection, such as the club’s Wi-Fi, can briefly hit a limit.
  • “We couldn’t reach the server to price your order.” Check that you’re online, then select Try again.
  • “This organization isn’t set up to accept payments yet. Please contact them directly. (HTTP 422)” Only your club can fix this.
The code in parentheses. Other reasons usually end with a short code, such as “(HTTP 500)”. If the notice won’t clear, send your club the exact wording, code included. It helps your club and Uplifter support find the problem. A red list. If the Order Summary shows Before you can pay instead, something in your cart needs attention.
