Must know
  • After a successful checkout you land on an Order Confirmed page showing your order reference, and a receipt email is sent to you automatically.
  • Paying by bank (ACH) transfer shows Payment Submitted instead — the bank takes 1–3 business days to confirm before your confirmation email arrives.
  • You don’t have to do anything to receive a receipt; it’s emailed on its own.
Your receipt reaches you two ways, with no extra steps needed.

Right after you pay

When a card or digital-wallet payment goes through, the checkout shows an Order Confirmed page with:
  • your order reference,
  • the Order Details — each item, subtotal, tax, and total.
At the same time, a receipt email is sent to the address on your order automatically.

If you paid by bank transfer

Bank (ACH) transfers don’t confirm instantly. You’ll see a Payment Submitted page letting you know the transfer is on its way:
ACH bank transfers take 1–3 business days to confirm. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your payment clears.
Your confirmation email arrives once the bank clears the payment.

Finding it later

Every payment also lives on your Orders page. Open any order to view its full breakdown and the card used. If the confirmation page ever says a receipt is unavailable, don’t worry — if your payment went through, the confirmation email still arrives shortly.
