Must know
  • The pass is created at checkout, not when you add it to the cart.
  • You can’t re-buy a pass you already hold while it’s still usable — the button reads Already in cart or the purchase is blocked.
  • One pass covers every athlete you directly guard (plus yourself if you’re an adult athlete), so you buy it once for the whole family — not per child.

Open the Passes page

Go to your gym’s website and open the Passes page. Each pass shows its price, an Unlimited or Credits badge, and whether it’s valid for all programs or a set number of them.
2

Add the pass to your cart

Click Add to Cart on the pass you want. Because a pass covers your whole family, you don’t pick an athlete for it.
3

Check out

Complete checkout to pay. The pass becomes active once your payment goes through — that’s when it’s created and attached to your account.
You don’t buy a separate pass for each child. A single pass is held by you as the guardian and automatically applies to every athlete you guard. If you’ve already added a pass to this cart, its button reads Already in cart. And if you already hold a usable pass of the same kind, you can still add it, but checkout won’t let you buy the duplicate — it tells you you already have an active pass. Buying a pass in the same cart as a program registration? The pass discount applies to those program lines right away — see how a pass lowers what you pay. The Passes page is view-and-buy only. To see the passes you already hold and any remaining credits, check the athlete view in your portal.
