Must know
  • Medical info is stored once per athlete and shared across every club they belong to — each club only decides which fields its own form displays.
  • You get curated pick-lists for common allergies and conditions — with free-text entry for anything not listed — plus a fixed checklist of common dietary restrictions.
  • When your saved info is still current, checkout can skip the medical step automatically.
Keeping medical details up to date helps coaches keep your athlete safe.
1

Open the medical page

There’s no Medical entry in the main menu — reach the page from an athlete instead. From the Medical chip on their card in your Athletes list you land on a page with an athlete selector at the top and an Add medical info button (it reads Edit medical info once some exists). You can also open the Medical Information section on the athlete’s own detail page — that page is already scoped to one athlete, so there’s no selector, and its button simply reads Edit (or Add medical info).
2

Fill in the medical details

Add Allergies and Medical Conditions from the common pick-lists or type your own, list Current Medications, check any Dietary Restrictions, and enter Insurance Information and Additional Notes as needed. Your club may also add its own questions to the form.
3

Save

Choose Save Medical Information. Because this record follows the athlete everywhere, you only maintain it in one place — no matter how many clubs they attend.
The form also collects emergency contacts, which have their own rules — see the related article. Fields you don’t see are simply ones your club chose not to collect.
