Must know
  • When a spot opens, your saved card is automatically charged the program price and the athlete is enrolled — you don’t need to re-register.
  • For a recurring program, the first period is charged now and automatic billing is set up for future periods.
  • If the card declines, the spot is held for a 24-hour window so you can fix payment before it passes to the next person in line.
Waitlists move in order — first to join is first offered a spot. When someone ahead of you gives up their spot, you’re promoted automatically:
  • Your card is charged. Your default card on file is charged the program price. For a one-time program that’s a single charge; for a recurring program it’s the first period, and Uplifter sets up automatic billing for the periods after that.
  • Your athlete is enrolled. Once the charge clears, the athlete is added to the program and you’ll get a confirmation email that a spot became available.
  • If the charge fails, the spot isn’t lost right away. It’s reserved for 24 hours in a “payment pending” state, and a banner appears so you can add a working card and complete the charge. Miss the deadline and the spot passes to the next person.
There’s nothing you need to do while you wait — just make sure the card on file is current so the automatic charge can go through. Related: How do I join a waitlist for a full program? · What do I do if my waitlist payment failed? · What are automatic (recurring) payments?
