Must know
  • Only if your club offers them. If it does, you buy them in your club website’s store.
  • Your family owns the card. It pays for a registration or drop-in in punches, so that registration bills $0.
  • A way to pay, not a discount. Punches never lower a price, and cards are never topped up: buy another when one runs out.
  • Track it in the family portal on the Punch Cards page, with each card’s history.
What a punch card is. A prepaid pack of punches your family buys once and spends on registrations and drop-ins. A pass lowers a price; a punch card pays the whole charge in punches. No Punch cards section in your club’s store means your club doesn’t sell them online; ask your club if it can add one for you.
1

Add a card to your cart

Sign in on your club website and open the Store page (or Shop > Store when the club sells more than one kind of item). Under Punch cards, each card shows its punches, expiry (such as “Never expires”) and price. Select Add to cart; there’s no athlete to choose.
2

Choose the family and check out

In more than one family? Pick one under Purchase belongs to. With no family, checkout shows “A Family is required to own this pass.” and won’t take payment until you Create or join a Family. When your order goes through, the card appears on your Punch Cards page.
3

Pay with punches when you register

A program’s page lists the cards it accepts for a full registration under Pricing options, with the punches each one uses. Cards accepted for drop-ins show up when you register. On the Review & Register step, Pay with a punch card reads “Punches cover the whole charge, so this registration bills $0.” Each qualifying card shows what it uses, such as “use 2 punches of 8 left”, above Pay cash instead (this means paying the regular price with your card or another payment method instead of punches). A single qualifying card is preselected; with several, choose a card or cash to continue.
4

Check your punches

In the family portal, select Punch Cards (on phones, under More). Cards are grouped by club, each with punches used, expiry, its card number (plus the family’s name if you belong to more than one family), and a View history toggle.
When a card qualifies. The program must accept it, it must cover your athlete and still be valid when the program (or your last drop-in session) starts, and it must hold enough punches for the whole registration. Each drop-in session uses its own punches. Not a discount. Punches pay the price, never lower it: if a pass or membership price suits you better, choose Pay cash instead. Paying in punches never also uses a pass credit. Recurring programs. Renewals are paid from the same card. A renewal it can’t cover is billed as a normal payment, and the card shows “Your last renewal was billed as a payment because this card couldn’t cover it.” When a card runs out. Buy another, or your club can add one for you. Cards also appear on the Family page under Family passes and punch cards, as “[N] of [M] punches remaining”.
