Must know
  • Your club decides if you see gift cards. They show only when the club sells them online. The link reads Gift Cards, or sits under Shop when the club sells more than one kind of item.
  • A card sent to an email that already has an account goes straight into that account. Resend and Fix email appear only while a card is Pending.
  • A choose-your-amount card is capped at $1,000.00 when the club sets no maximum. The amount box does not warn you, but checkout refuses more. Promo codes never reduce a gift card, and gift cards aren’t taxed.
  • An order with a gift card in it must be paid online. Paying the club directly is not offered.
1

Pick a card

On your club website, click Gift Cards (or Shop > Gift Cards), then click a card. If the page says No gift cards are available right now., the club has none on sale online. The Preview shows what the recipient will see and what a limited card can be spent on.
2

Set the amount

A fixed-value card can’t be changed. A choose-your-amount card shows its limits and offers quick picks of 25.00∗∗,∗∗25.00**, **50.00 and $100.00 that fit them. Add to cart stays off until the amount meets the minimum and any maximum the club set.
3

Choose who it's for

Under Who is this for? pick For myself or Send as a gift. A gift needs a valid Recipient email (Recipient name is optional).
4

Add a From name and a note

From and Message (optional) (up to 280 characters) appear on the card in the email.
5

Add to cart and check out

Click Add to cart, then check out. To change a card first, click Edit in the cart, then Update card.
What happens next. Nothing is emailed until the order is paid, and nothing is sent if the club cancels the card first. Once paid, the recipient gets an email about the card, unless your club has turned that email off. With For myself, that email comes to you.

Cards you sent

In the family portal, open Gift Cards (on a phone, under More). Gift cards you sent appears once you have sent a card to someone else. Each row shows the card name, its status (Pending, Active, Locked, Used up or Cancelled), the recipient and the amount. While a card is Pending (sent but not yet claimed), two buttons appear:
  • Resend mails a fresh claim link to the same address.
  • Fix email opens Fix the recipient’s email. Enter the right Recipient email, then click Send to this email.
After either button, the older link stops working. If your club has turned the gift card email off, neither button sends a new one, so a card only reaches someone whose email already has an account. Once a card is claimed, you can’t resend it or change who it went to. The holder can pass it on only if the club made it transferable.
