  • To switch athletes, click a name in the Viewing buttons below the page title. They appear on Skill progress, Achievements, Attendance, Evaluations and Medical information when your account can see two or more athletes.
  • Open those pages from the labels on each athlete card under Athletes. A label opens the page already set to that athlete.
  • Athletes someone has shared with you also appear, but a page shows their details only if the share includes that area.
Who appears. The labels list every athlete you can reach: children you’re a guardian of, your own athlete profile, athletes in a Family where you’re an adult member, and athletes shared with you. Each label shows the athlete’s first name and colored avatar. Your own profile, Family members and shared athletes count too, so the labels can show even if you’re a guardian of only one child.

Open a page from an athlete card

Go to Athletes (My athletes). Each card has labels: Skills, Achievements, Attendance, Evaluations and Medical. Click one to open that page set to that athlete. On a phone, start from Athletes in the bottom bar.

Pick another athlete

Click a name in the Viewing row below the page title. The page switches to that athlete’s data, and the selected label gets a ring in that athlete’s color, the same color as their card.
Links and bookmarks. Your pick stays in the page’s link, so refreshing or bookmarking reopens the same athlete. A link you share only reopens that athlete for someone who can also see them. Otherwise, or if the link names no athlete, the page opens on the first athlete in the row. Shared athletes. A shared athlete gets a label even when the share leaves out an area, but that page then can’t load their details. Each page needs its own permission: On Medical information, switching athletes closes the edit form if it’s open, so save first. The Dashboard. The Dashboard has its own Viewing row with an All label (Both when you have exactly two athletes). Click an athlete to narrow the Dashboard to them, and click again to return to all. This choice isn’t kept in the link.
