Must know
  • Only at clubs that run competitions online. Your club chooses whether its website shows a Competitions page. You must be signed in.
  • Only the events your athlete qualifies for are offered, and some ask for a seed mark.
  • You pay at checkout. The entry goes in your cart, then shows on Registrations as a Competition.
Where to find it. Open Competitions on your club website and select Register on a competition. Before registration opens, the button shows when it opens instead, such as Opens Apr 25 at 9:00 AM or Coming Soon, and still opens the competition’s page. A full competition reads Currently Full and a closed one Registration Closed, and neither can be selected. The competition’s page. It shows the dates, venue and registration steps. While scheduled, it reads Registration Not Yet Open (“Registration opens on [date and time].” or “Registration will open soon.”). Once closed, it reads Registration Closed (“Registration for this competition has closed.”). An early-access link from your club opens registration early. Before you start. Until you sign in, the page shows Sign In to Register: select Sign In or Create Account.

Select Athlete

Choose who is competing, or select Add New Athlete and enter First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth and Gender Declaration. If your athlete can’t enter, the step says why (for example, “No eligible events found for this athlete based on age and gender requirements”). A missing required membership shows under Membership Required and goes in your cart too.

Select Events

Only events that fit your athlete’s age and gender are listed. Check one or more and select Continue.

Seed Marks

Some events ask for a seed mark, a qualifying mark for that event: a time (with a Hand-timed box), a distance or height in meters, a score in points, or a placement. Fill in each one to continue.

Complete any other required steps

You may also see Also Required (a required store item or event ticket), Sign Waivers, Custom Info, Medical Info or File Upload. Steps this competition doesn’t need are skipped, as are Custom Info and Medical Info when your answers on file are current (go back to Medical Info and it reads “Medical information is up to date.”). Review & Add to Cart

Check the athlete, events and Total, then select Add to Cart and pay at checkout.
One entry per event. Checkout refuses a second entry for the same athlete in the same event. After checkout. The entry appears on Registrations in the family portal with the type Competition. It reads Upcoming, Active or Completed by the competition’s dates, or Cancelled if it was withdrawn, scratched or rejected.
