  • An account is made for you. Checking out with an email that has no account creates one, without a password.
  • The email follows your payment. Once your payment is confirmed, you get Your Uplifter account is ready, with a link to set a password that lasts 48 hours.
  • Link expired? Choose Forgot your password? on the login page with the same email.
Why it happens. Uplifter created an account in the name you entered at checkout, so your purchase history has a home. It also happens if your club had your email on file but you had never signed in. When it arrives. Once, not after every purchase, and never for an abandoned checkout. A free order, or one you pay the club in cash or by e-transfer, sends it when you place the order. If your email already has a way to sign in (a password, Google, Microsoft or an emailed code), checkout asks you to sign in instead.

Open the email

Choose Set Up Your Account. Not there? Check your spam folder.

Create your password

On Create Your Password, fill in New Password and Confirm Password: at least 12 characters, with upper- and lower-case letters, a number and a special character. Choose Create Password.

Log in

Choose Continue to Login and log in with your new password.
If the link expired. You see Invalid Reset Link. Choose Request New Reset Link, enter the same email and choose Send Reset Link. That link lasts 1 hour and opens the same Create Your Password page. What the account gives you. A sign-in for the family portal, to see your purchase history and manage your profile. Prefer no password? Choose Email Code on the login page instead.
