Must know
  • An Invite Only program isn’t open for public sign-up — instead of enrolling yourself, you ask the club to join and they decide who’s in.
  • Depending on how the club set the program up, its card reads View details or Request to Join in place of a Register button. View details opens a Contact gym interest form; Request to Join opens a sign-in application where you save a payment method for the club to approve.
  • The club reviews each request and reaches out by email or phone about next steps. Asking to join charges nothing and doesn’t create a registration.
Some programs are invite-only: the club decides who joins rather than opening sign-ups to everyone. On the Programs page these carry a blue Invite Only badge, and in place of a Register button the card reads View details or Request to Join, depending on how the club has configured the program. View details opens the program’s page with the note Invite-only — not open for public sign-up where the registration status usually appears, plus a Contact gym button that sends a short interest request. Request to Join instead opens a sign-in application where you save a payment method so the club can approve or decline you — nothing is charged unless they accept. (Some clubs offer neither, and the page simply shows no button.) The steps below cover the Contact gym interest form.
1

Open the program

On the Programs page, select View details on the Invite Only card. On the program’s page, choose Contact gym.
2

Fill in the request

A short form opens, titled Request to join [program]. Enter the parent or guardian name, a phone number, and the athlete’s name and date of birth. If you’re not signed in, you’ll also add your email. There’s an optional Note to the gym for anything the coach should know.
3

Send it

Select Send to gym. You’ll see a Request sent confirmation: “We’ve sent your info to the gym. A coach will reach out to you by email or phone soon.”
Nothing is charged and no registration is created — the request simply reaches the club. The club reviews each request personally and reaches out within a few days about next steps.
