The Now card. At the top, Now shows what is on file today:
  • Sign-in: Password set, or Email codes only, no password.
  • Payment methods: each saved card or bank account, with its expiry date when it has one, and (default) on your default.
  • Consent: the date for Terms of service, 18 or older and Text messages, or Not recorded. If you accepted the terms but were never asked your age, 18 or older reads Not asked when this account was created.
Reading a row. Each row has a category tag, the date and time, and a plain sentence, such as “Signed in” or “Password changed”. Times use your own time zone, named above the list. Sign-ins also show the device and method, such as “Chrome on Mac · Email code”, and Details opens the technical details. Refused sign-ins. When a sign-in with your email address is turned away, the row gives the reason, such as “Sign-in refused: the password did not match”, with a Failed or Refused tag. Repeats for the same reason close together show as one row, such as “3 refused attempts: the password did not match”. No device is shown, because whoever tried was not proven to be you. What is not here. A removed card leaves no row, so check the Now card for cards on file. An empty category says so, such as “No sign-ins recorded yet.” Related: How do I update my contact info and text alerts? · How do I log in to my account? · Why can’t I sign in?
