Must know
  • Where it is. Your athlete’s current level is in the Levels card in the Progress section of their page, shown separately for each club.
  • History. View history lists the levels your athlete has completed and when.
  • Your club sets levels. You can’t change or request a level in the family portal.
  • Not there? The Levels card only appears when a club tracks levels for your athlete.
1

Open your athlete's page

Select Athletes (in the sidebar, or the tab bar on a phone), then View profile on your athlete’s card.
2

Go to Progress

Scroll to the Progress section. Levels sits just above Achievements.
3

Read the current level

Each club keeps its own levels in a block headed by the club’s name. It shows the level or levels your athlete holds now, or No current level.
4

Open the history

Select View history in a club’s block. Level history opens with “Levels completed at [club name].” and lists each completed level, newest first.
Dates. Each completed level shows Completed and its date. Levels carried over from your club’s earlier system may show Completed, date not recorded, listed last. No View history button. It appears only when your athlete has completed at least one level at that club. How levels change. Club staff grant and complete levels, and an achievement can grant or complete one automatically. When your club marks a level completed, your athlete may start the next level straight away, if the club has set one up. If staff remove a level, it disappears here, history included. Questions? Message your club or coach. Registration. Some programs require a level to register. See Why can’t I register my athlete for a program?.
