Must know
  • It can be hidden. The Calendar page is on by default, but your club can hide it from its navigation.
  • No session is picked for you. Selecting a class opens its program page, where you register or book drop-ins as usual.
  • Filter and color it. Narrow by age, time, level or coach; color by program or by level.
Where to find it. Select Calendar in your club website’s navigation. The page is headed Schedule & Calendar and shows your club’s classes, plus any ticketed events the club sells. Don’t see it? Browse the Programs page instead. Moving around. The calendar opens on the current month. Use the arrows or Today to move, and switch between Month, Week and Day. Club closures show as a named band on their day.

Filter the calendar

Select Filters to open the Filter Calendar panel. Age Range and Time Range are always there. Coach, Level, Season and Category appear when your club uses them. Make your choices, then select Apply Filters. Clear filters appears once a filter is on.

Color by program or by level

At clubs that use levels, a button next to Filters switches colors between By Program and By Level. While you color by level, a legend above the calendar shows each level’s color, plus No Level for classes without one.

Select a class or event

Select a class to open its program page, then register or book a drop-in there. Select a ticketed event to open its event page.
