Must know
  • Only where your club offers one. Payment plans are off unless your club has them turned on, and appear only on programs it sets up with a plan.
  • A deposit, then automatic installments. You pay a deposit at checkout (sometimes nothing), and each installment after that is charged automatically to the card saved on the plan.
  • The plan keeps its own card. Change it with Update card under Billing Details > Payment Plans (a new Primary card doesn’t change it). Pay off pays installments early.
  • If your athlete stops, ask your club. Only your club can cancel the enrollment, and it also decides whether the installments still to come are charged or forgiven.
How it works. A plan splits a program’s price into a deposit and a set number of installments. The club sets the dates on the program, so everyone on it pays on the same dates. If you join late, installments already past are added to what you pay at checkout. Choosing it at checkout. Under Payment options, a program marked Plan available offers Pay in full (“[amount] today”) or Payment plan (“[amount] today, then [number] × [amount] monthly”, or “Nothing today, then …” with no deposit, plus ”+ tax” when tax applies). Pick the plan and a note reads “A saved card is required for any program on a payment plan so we can charge each installment automatically.” What’s due today. The order summary lists “Initial deposit - due today” above the schedule. A gift card or account credit lowers what’s due today. Paying the club directly (cash or e-transfer) isn’t offered with a plan. Your receipt. Below Total paid today, a Payment plan block shows “Paid at checkout (before tax and fees)” and each upcoming date and amount. So does the order on Invoices. Where to find your plan. Open Billing Details (on a phone, tap More first). Payment Plans has one card per order: Order [reference], your club, the card being charged (“No card on file” if none), and an Overdue, Completed or Cancelled badge when one applies. Finished orders fold under Past orders ([number]). Reading a plan. Each plan reads “[N] of [M] installments paid · Next: [amount] on [date]”. Expand it for Total, Paid to date, Balance and each installment’s date, amount and label: Paid, Upcoming, Retrying, Declined, Overdue, On hold, Failed or Cancelled. For the problem labels, see What happens if a payment plan installment fails? Paying early. Pay off shows on an active plan with a card on file.

Changing the plan’s card. Select Update card, pick a saved card or Add a new card, then Authorize this card. “Card updated - future installments will charge the new card.” confirms it for every plan on that order. You can’t remove a card paying an active plan until you switch the plan off it. Reminders and emails. The Next Charge tile on Billing Details includes your next installment. One due in 3 days appears in your “Upcoming charges” email, a receipt follows each installment, and an email asks you to act if one fails for good. If your athlete stops. Only your club can cancel the enrollment. When it does, it also decides whether the installments still to come are charged on their dates or forgiven, so ask before you assume the plan has stopped. A forgiven plan shows Cancelled under Payment Plans. Refunds. If your club refunds a plan, the checkout invoice returns at most what you paid at checkout. Each installment is refunded from its own invoice once charged.
Checkout shows Confirm Your Registration instead of a card form: “Nothing is due today. Your first installment of [amount] is charged on [date], and the rest follow automatically.” It shows the saved card or bank account the installments will use, normally your Primary; select Confirm Order. With none saved, an amber notice asks for one and Add a payment method to continue adds it.
Each installment gets its own invoice on Invoices when it comes due. If the charge didn’t go through, opening that invoice shows Pay this installment: Pay now charges the plan’s card, and Manage payment plan opens Billing Details.
Once your card is expired or expires within about a month, and an installment is still owed after that, an amber notice reads “Your [card] ending [last 4] expires [MM/YY], before the installment due [date]. Update it to avoid a missed payment.” (or “expired” once it has), with its own Update card button.
