  • The coach portal has its own web address. If you’re signed out, you’re sent to the main login page and returned here once you sign in.
  • If you also work in the admin dashboard, jump over from your account menu there — click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Coach.
  • It shows one club at a time — the same club you last selected in the admin dashboard. Use the organization switcher at the top of the sidebar to change it.
  • You need coach access to open it. Your club grants this to the Coach role by default; if the portal won’t load, ask an admin to check your role.
  • The Evaluations and Time Clock tabs only appear when your club has those features turned on.
The coach portal is where you run classes: take attendance from an in-session roster, score evaluations, message families, and look up athlete profiles. It’s built for a tablet at the gym but works on a phone too. On a tablet or computer, the left sidebar holds your destinations: Dashboard, Chat, Athletes, Programs, plus Evaluations and Time Clock when enabled. On a phone, a bar across the bottom gives you the five you reach for most — Home, Chat, Programs, Athletes, and Evals — with a More button for the rest, the club switcher, and sign out. Start on the Dashboard to see what’s happening today, or open Programs to browse and search every session.
