  • You need the Access Coach Portal permission. The Coach role includes it, and an admin can grant or remove it for any staff member.
  • Staff with the Coach role open the coach portal when they sign in. From the admin dashboard, use Coach Portal in the sidebar or Coach under Switch to another portal.
  • It shows one club at a time. Change clubs with the club switcher at the top of the sidebar, or under More on a phone.
  • Evaluations appears only when your club has Training on, and Time Clock only when it has Time Tracking on.
The coach portal is where you run classes: take attendance from a class register that stays open before, during, and after class, score evaluations, message families, and look up athletes and their families. It’s built for a tablet at the gym but works on a phone too. How you get in. If you’re signed out, you’re sent to the main login page and returned to the coach portal once you sign in. Staff whose role is Coach land here automatically. Admins and other roles land on the admin dashboard and can jump over with Coach Portal in the sidebar or Coach under Switch to another portal in the account menu. On a tablet or computer, the left sidebar lists Dashboard, Chat, Athletes, Families, Programs, then Evaluations and Time Clock when your club has them on. On a phone, a bar across the bottom shows Home, Chat, Programs, Athletes, and Evals (only with Training on), plus More. The More menu holds the club switcher, Families, Time Clock (with Time Tracking on), and Sign out. The club switcher lists only clubs where you have coach access. Chat shows an unread count badge, and on a phone it stops counting at 9+. Your account menu. On a tablet or computer, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar. Account opens your family-portal account page. Under Switch to another portal you’ll see Guardian, plus Coach and Admin if you have access. Log out is at the bottom. A phone offers only Sign out, under More. Time clock. With Time Tracking on, a Clock in button also sits in the top header, not only on the Time Clock tab. When the portal won’t open. Without coach access at any club, the portal doesn’t open for you. Ask an admin to check that you have Access Coach Portal. If only your current club lacks it, you see a Choose an organization page listing the clubs where you can coach. New staff must also confirm they are 18 or older before the portal opens. Start on the Dashboard to see what’s happening today, or open Families to look up an athlete’s family.
