Must know
  • My classes are the sessions you’re assigned to as staff — in a role such as Lead coach, Assistant coach, Substitute, or Volunteer.
  • A per-session staff assignment can replace the program’s usual coaches for that one session.
  • Switch the scope to All programs any time to see every class in the club, not just yours.
Across the coach portal, “mine” means the classes you’re the coach for. You’re counted as a coach on a session when you’re assigned to its program as staff, or you’re set as the coach for that specific session. Your role — Lead coach, Assistant coach, Substitute, or Volunteer — shows on the session card in your Programs list. Per-session assignments. An admin can set different coaches on a single session, separate from the program’s regular staff. When that happens, those coaches replace the program’s usual ones for that session only. So a substitute added to one class sees just that session as theirs, and a lead coach who was swapped out for the day won’t see that one under “mine” — even though the rest of the program still is. Seeing everything. On the Programs tab, switch the scope from My programs to All programs whenever you need to cover for someone or check a class you’re not assigned to. The Dashboard does the same thing with a My classes only toggle — turn it off to see every class in the club. Your Dashboard also defaults to all of the club’s classes automatically when you have none of your own coming up.
