  • A class is yours when you’re on its program’s staff or assigned to that one session. A per-session assignment replaces the program staff for that session.
  • The Dashboard and Programs open on your own classes only when you have an upcoming one. Otherwise they show the whole club.
  • Your scope choice isn’t remembered. Each visit starts from that default again.
In the coach portal, “mine” means the classes you coach. A session counts when you’re on its program’s staff or set as a coach for that specific session. Being the assigned coach on a calendar event linked to a program also makes that program’s sessions yours. Per-session assignments. An admin can set different coaches on a single session. The session page in the admin dashboard lists them with this session beside them. They replace the program’s usual coaches for that session only. A substitute added to one class sees just that session as theirs, and a lead coach swapped out for the day won’t see it under “mine”. Your role on a card. Each session card in Programs shows your role for that one session: Lead coach, Assistant coach, Substitute, or Volunteer. When a session has its own coaches, that list decides the role, so a program Lead coach added as Substitute reads Substitute on that card. If you were swapped out, no role shows. Your role also shows under All programs for any program you staff. Seeing everything. On Programs, switch the scope from My programs to All programs to cover for someone or check a class you’re not on. Beside it is a period picker (Rest of this week, Upcoming, Past, All time). It starts on Upcoming, and changing the scope keeps your period. The Dashboard does the same with a My classes only toggle. On a phone, the Dashboard is the Home tab and Programs is its own tab.
