Must know
- A Programs card shows In session or Completed, or no label before the class starts. Not started and Cancelled show only in the class’s own header.
- A class nobody started turns Completed one hour after its scheduled end.
- On the Dashboard, Live now shows during the scheduled time even if nobody pressed Start class, and Completed shows for a class that was ended early.
Not started. On the Programs list, upcoming classes show no label at all, so no label means “not started yet”. If nobody ever starts a class, it turns Completed one hour after its scheduled end, on the list and in the header.
Restarting. If you tap Restart class on a Completed class that had been started, the label goes back to In session for everyone. A class nobody ever started goes back to Not started. Either way, it stays open for at least another hour before it can complete automatically. You need at least one athlete marked present or late to restart, and a cancelled session cannot be restarted.
Live updates. The header label flips for every coach viewing the class when another coach starts or ends it, with no refresh. On a Programs card the label sits in the top line, next to the club name, the season and the Today marker.
Cancelled sessions. They do not appear in your Programs list or on your Dashboard. You can still open one from an athlete’s profile, in the Attendance section, if attendance was recorded before the cancellation. It shows the Cancelled label.
On the Dashboard. The Up next card has three states:
- Up next (amber): the class has not started yet. It shows a countdown.
- Live now (green): it is inside the scheduled time, or a coach started it. It shows the end time. A class can read Live now here while its header still says Not started.
- Completed (gray, with a check mark): the class was ended before its scheduled finish.
