  • Available on plans that include Training — if you don’t see it, ask your Uplifter contact.
  • A class flags only when it has ended but still has present or late athletes with no evaluation.
  • Sessions auto-complete about an hour after their end time — that’s when a forgotten one starts flagging.
Needs evaluation is Uplifter’s safety net for classes you started but didn’t finish scoring. Why a class flags. When a class has ended and one or more athletes who were marked present (or late) still have no evaluation recorded, that session appears under Needs evaluation at the top of the Evaluations hub. The card shows the program, date, and how many athletes still need scoring — for example, “3 of 8 not evaluated.” How a class ends. A class ends when you tap to complete it, or automatically about an hour after its scheduled end time if you left it open. So if you wrap up a session but forget to submit, it won’t nag you immediately — it flags once the class auto-completes. How to finish it. Tap Reopen on the flagged card. That takes you back into the session so you can score the remaining athletes and submit. Once every present athlete has an evaluation, the class drops off the Needs evaluation list. Only classes from the last 90 days are checked, so the list stays focused on what’s still actionable. Related: What is the Evaluations hub? · How do I score athletes during a class?
