Must know
  • Your hours split into Regular and Overtime, with overtime highlighted when it’s above zero.
  • You can page back to past periods but not into future ones — Next is disabled on the current period.
  • If you logged no time, the card reads “No timesheet for this pay period.”
The Pay period card on the Time Clock page rolls your logged time into the totals your gym uses for payroll. It shows four figures for the selected period:
  • Total — all the time you clocked into work this period, added across your work types. Breaks aren’t counted here, so this reflects worked time rather than paid time.
  • Regular — hours at your standard rate.
  • Overtime — hours above your gym’s overtime thresholds, shown in amber when there’s any.
  • Status — where the timesheet is in the approval flow (for example, Open, Submitted, or Approved).
The date range for the period appears just under the card title. Use the buttons in the top-right to move between periods:
1

Previous

Step back one pay period to review a past one.
2

Current

Jump straight back to the current period. It’s disabled when you’re already on it.
3

Next

Move forward toward the current period. You can’t page into the future, so Next is disabled once you’re on the current period.
