Must know
  • Available on plans that include Training — if you don’t see it, ask your Uplifter contact.
  • You can add any athlete across your organization by name search, independent of any class session.
  • You can still save an overall mark per athlete even with no skills selected.
A custom evaluation lets you score athletes any time — a private lesson, a make-up, a spot check — without running a class.
1

Start a new evaluation

In the Evaluations hub, tap New evaluation. It opens with a default name you can change.
2

Optionally seed from a template

Pick a template from Template (optional) to pre-select its skills, or leave it on No template and choose skills yourself.
3

Pick skills

Tap skills to include them, grouped by discipline. The counter shows how many are selected. Skip this entirely if you only want to record an overall mark.
4

Add athletes

Search Search athletes to add… and tap each athlete to add them. A broad search shows only the first batch of matches and tells you how many more there are — narrow the search to reach the rest. Each added athlete gets a card where you set the overall mark, score every selected skill, and add an optional note.
5

Save

Tap Save evaluation. You land on the saved evaluation, which now appears as a Custom batch in the hub.
Saving is safe to retry — if a tap double-fires or the connection hiccups, Uplifter reuses the same evaluation instead of creating a duplicate. Related: What is the Evaluations hub? · How do I fix or update a recorded evaluation? · What do the marks and overall score mean?
