  • Trial and First class. Trial means your club lists the athlete as a trial athlete. First class means this is the first class their current enrollment covers.
  • Waivers. The waiver label shows only when the program requires a waiver. You can’t fix it, because the family signs from their own account.
  • Memberships. A membership label shows only on classes that need a membership, and only for athletes who aren’t fully cleared.
Who still owes a waiver? Open the class from Programs and scan the waiver labels down the roster. Tap an outstanding or expired label to list the waivers under Expired and Not signed, followed by “The family signs these from their own account.” Notes and captions. For marking and notes, see taking attendance. Who sees what. Visitor labels and Remove need Manage guest attendance, and custom answers need Edit Athletes. The Coach role has both by default. Medical shows only to coaches on the program’s staff.
