Must know
  • Programs opens on Upcoming. The period picker also offers Rest of this week (today through Saturday), Past, and All time.
  • Scope opens on My programs only when you have an upcoming class of your own, otherwise on All programs.
  • The list loads sessions as you scroll, then shows Load more.
  • Cancelled sessions never appear in the list.
Where to find it. Tap Programs in the sidebar (tablet or desktop) or the bottom bar (phone). What each card shows. Club, season, program name, date, time, length, location and room, athlete count, up to six athlete faces plus “+N more”, and your role (Lead coach, Assistant coach, Substitute, or Volunteer) if you’re on the staff. A staff change made for one session replaces your program role on that card. Today’s sessions carry a Today marker. Finishing a program cancels its remaining sessions, so they drop off the list.
1

Search

Type in Search programs, locations… to match program, season, location, and room names. Every word must match, in any order, across the whole set.
2

Choose a scope

Pick My programs for classes you’re staffed on, or All programs for every class in the club. Anyone with coach portal access can pick either.
3

Pick a time period

Choose Rest of this week, Upcoming, Past, or All time. Upcoming is the default and starts today, so a class already finished today still shows there.
4

Narrow by location or season

When the scope and period cover more than one location or season, an All locations or All seasons filter appears, listing every choice in that set, not just the cards loaded. A filter you’ve picked stays visible so you can always clear it.
Loading more. Sessions load as you scroll. After a few pages, tap Load more for the next batch. The count under the title reads “N of TOTAL sessions” while more remain, and “N sessions” once complete. Status labels. A card shows In session or Completed. A class you never ended reads Completed an hour after its scheduled end. A class that hasn’t started has no label. When nothing shows. With a filter active, you’ll see “No sessions match these filters” and a prompt to clear it or widen the period. Otherwise “No sessions found” names the scope and period controls to change. If the list can’t load, you’ll see “Couldn’t load your sessions.” and “Try again shortly.” Related: Which classes show up as mine? · What do the class status labels mean? · How do I find today’s classes on my dashboard?
