Must know
  • The Evaluation history section only appears when your organization has the Training feature turned on.
  • Attendance, waivers, and evaluations each load 10 records at a time with Prev / Next.
  • Message guardian only shows when a guardian has a linked account in the portal.
Tapping an athlete from the Athletes list opens their profile — everything you need mid-session in one scroll. Header. The athlete’s photo, name, age, gender, and level sit at the top, with a status badge if they aren’t active. Two actions live here:
  • Message guardian — starts a one-on-one chat with a guardian: the primary one when they have a portal account, otherwise the next guardian who does. It appears whenever at least one guardian has a linked account.
  • Report incident — opens the incident form pre-filled with this athlete. Filing a report requires your organization’s Incident Reporting feature.
Sections below the header:
  • Programs — the programs this athlete is enrolled in, as chips.
  • Medical information — allergies, conditions, medications, dietary needs, and the emergency contact. See the medical article for how to read it.
  • Guardians — lists only guardians who have a linked portal account, each with their relationship and contact details; the primary one is badged (unless the primary guardian has no account). A Message button sits next to every guardian shown.
  • Attendance — present/late/absent/excused totals, then a paginated history you can tap through to each session.
  • Evaluation history — recorded evaluations with the date, skills passed, and overall mark (Training feature only).
  • Waivers — signed waivers on file with the date each was completed. A waiver that’s passed its validity window is flagged Expired so you can spot one that needs re-signing.
