Must know
- One fix is yours. Within 3 minutes of a work segment starting, you can change its work type in the dropdown on the Time Clock card.
- Everything else goes to a manager. A clock-out time, missing time, a break type or a wrong type after 3 minutes needs a manager with the Manage Time Tracking permission, which coaches don’t have by default.
- Submitting doesn’t block a fix. A manager can still correct entries after you submit. An Approved timesheet has to be reopened first.

Check the hint
The hint Wrong type? Change it retroactively - M:SS left counts down your time (for example, 2:41).
2
Pick the right type
Choose the correct type in the dropdown. The segment keeps its original start time, so all of it counts under the new type.
What to tell your manager. The date, which segment, the correct start and end times, and the correct work type. They fix it in the admin dashboard under Time Tracking > Timesheets.
If you already submitted. A Submitted timesheet isn’t frozen: totals and pay recalculate when a manager fixes an entry. You can’t withdraw it, and don’t need to. If it is Approved, a manager with Approve Timesheets reopens it first. It then shows Reopened, and you can submit again.
Check the result. Reload the Time Clock page, because the Pay period card doesn’t refresh itself. View details lists each day’s ended segments. You won’t get a notification.
