  • A class still running, or never started, is marked Completed one hour after its scheduled end.
  • You can still fix attendance and visitors on a completed class without restarting it.
  • For a missed report card, tap Write a late report card. Restart class is only needed to keep scoring live, and it needs at least one athlete marked Present or Late.
When it happens. One hour after the scheduled end, the class badge changes to Completed, from In session or, for a class nobody started, from Not started. Cancelled classes are left alone. The end is read in your club’s time zone, and a class that runs past midnight ends on the next day. The badge changes as soon as the hour is up. Your recorded marks and scores are kept. What you can still do on a completed class. Open it from Programs. The Attendance card says “This class has ended. Write a late report card, or restart it to keep evaluating.” Restarting. Restart class is greyed out until at least one athlete is marked Present or Late. A restarted class stays on the register and completes again one hour after the restart, or one hour after its scheduled end if that is later. A class that was never started goes back to Not started, so tap Start class next. Report cards still owed. Athletes marked Present or Late with no report card show under Needs evaluation on the Evaluations page. On a phone. A finished class shows the athlete list first, with the Attendance card below it.
