Must know
  • From the admin dashboard, select Support at the bottom of the left sidebar. It opens Uplifter’s contact page.
  • By email, write to support@uplifterinc.com, the support address the product itself shows.
  • Families and coaches contact their club, not Uplifter. Your club’s staff reach Uplifter for them when they need to.
Where to find it. In the admin dashboard, Support sits at the bottom of the left sidebar, just above Feedback. It opens Uplifter’s contact page.

Say what you need

Name your club, what you were doing, and the exact message you see. A screenshot helps.
During setup. While you’re still in the setup screens, the dashboard sidebar isn’t shown. Use the contact support link on the Welcome to Uplifter! page you see right after signup, or email support@uplifterinc.com. Live chat. If your plan includes Live Support, a chat with Uplifter’s team is also available inside the admin dashboard. Settings > Organization > Features shows whether your club has it. Ideas, not problems?
