Must know
  • You verify your email with a 6-character code (letters and numbers) that expires after 10 minutes.
  • Create Organization stays off until you tick both “I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older.” and the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy box on Review Your Organization.
  • Paid plans need a card, but nothing is charged today. The 30-day trial starts when you click Create Organization.
  • Country is United States or Canada, sets your plans and currency, and can’t be changed later without Uplifter support.
Where to start. Click Get started on the login page, or Add Organization in the club switcher if you already run a club. Whoever completes signup becomes the club’s first admin. If you already have an Uplifter login. Sign in first with Already have an account? Sign in at the top. Then choose Continue as your name, or Use a different account. If you type an email that already has an account while signed out, no code arrives. We email that address a sign-in reminder, or resend a pending invitation if you were invited and never finished setting up. If Uplifter set up your club for you. You don’t need these steps. Set up your account

Enter Your Name (up to 50 characters) and Email Address, then click Continue. Type the 6-character code from your email. If it doesn’t arrive, click Resend or Use a different email. Then create a password (12 or more characters, with upper case, lower case, a number and a special character) and click Next.

Add your organization

Fill in every field, from Organization Name to Timezone, plus your web address under Your Website. Next stays off until the name and web address show as available. Taken, inappropriate or too long names are refused. See How do I choose my club’s web address?.

Choose a plan

You see only the plans for your country, priced in its currency. Switch between Monthly and Yearly, or click Compare all plans in detail. If you see No plans available for your country yet, contact support. Paid plans show Continue to Payment; a free plan shows Review Organization. See What plans and free trial does Uplifter offer?.

Add a card (paid plans only)

The payment page says “You won’t be charged today”. Confirm the Billing Address (“Use same address as my organization” is ticked by default), click Continue to Payment, and enter your card. When you see “Payment method saved”, click Continue to Review.

Review and create

Review Your Organization lists your details and plan. A paid plan also shows the trial end date, your saved card and your bill after the trial. Tick the two required boxes (an optional SMS box does not block signup), then click Create Organization.
Nothing is created until you click Create Organization. A free plan then becomes active with no trial or billing date. Back (or Back to Signup on the payment page) keeps what you entered. What happens next. A new account is signed in automatically; if that fails, you are asked to sign in with your new account. You land on Welcome to Uplifter! and get a welcome email.
