Must know
  • Your club is billed on its own anniversary date — the date your billing period started — not the 1st of the calendar month.
  • The renewal date shows on the Current Plan card as “Renews …” on the Billing & Plans page.
  • Free / $0 plans and deactivated clubs are skipped by billing entirely — they have no renewal date.
Every club bills on its own schedule. Whatever day your paid period began becomes your anniversary, and Uplifter generates and charges your next subscription invoice on that same day each cycle. How the renewal date advances:
  • On a monthly plan, your renewal date moves forward one month each time you’re billed.
  • On a yearly plan, it moves forward one year — you’re charged once a year for the full year.
You’ll always see the next date on the Current Plan card next to “Renews”. That date stays put unless you make a plan change that resets your period (see the upgrade and cycle-switch articles). A few things that don’t get billed: clubs on a Free ($0) plan, and clubs that have been deactivated. For those there’s no anniversary charge at all. If a charge on your anniversary doesn’t go through, your renewal date isn’t the thing to watch — see what happens when a payment fails.
