Must know
  • Holders are listed as guardians (families), not individual athletes.
  • For credit passes, the list shows remaining vs allocated credits, plus validity dates and auto-renew status.
  • There’s no bulk-redeem or manual credit-grant tool — families buy and use passes online.
  • Available on plans that include Passes — if you don’t see it, ask your Uplifter contact.
Each pass keeps its own list of holders that you can open from the passes screen.
1

Open the pass

Go to Settings → Registration Setup → Passes and click Manage on the pass you want (also available from the card’s actions menu). The card shows a Holders count at a glance.
2

Open the Guardians tab

In the manage panel, switch to the Guardians tab. Each row is one guardian who holds the pass.
3

Read each holder's details

The table shows the guardian’s name and email, their Status (and an Auto-renew badge where it applies), and the Validity dates — when the pass started and, if set, when it expires. For credit passes, a Credits column shows credits remaining out of the total allocated.
Because passes belong to the family, each holder is a guardian — the pass covers every athlete that guardian guards, so you won’t see athletes listed here individually. There’s no admin action to redeem a pass in person or hand-grant credits: passes are metered only through online checkout and recurring billing. To change a pass’s details or remove it, use the Details tab and the delete action.
