  • “EXT BAL SWEEP” is an automatic scheduled payout from your balance to your bank.
  • Net Payout is the amount sent to your bank. Match on it and the payout date.
  • Open the payout to see the transactions it includes. They appear once the payout is Paid.
  • Offline payments never go through a payout: cash, check, e-transfer, account credit and gift card payments won’t be in any deposit.
What “EXT BAL SWEEP” means. A deposit described as “EXT BAL SWEEP” followed by a reference code is the automatic payout your payment processor sends on your payout schedule. Uplifter lists these payouts with Type Scheduled. A payout you start with Initiate Payout, or any other transfer, has Type Manual.

Find the payout

Go to Financials > Payouts and look in Payout history. Match your deposit on two columns: Date (the paid date, or the created date if not yet paid, in your club’s time zone) and Net Payout (the exact amount sent to your bank).

Open it

Click the row to open Payout Details. Tiles show Gross Amount, Fees, Net Payout and Bank Account. A Timeline shows Created, Scheduled, Est. Arrival and Paid as each date becomes known.

Check what's included

Included Transactions lists each payment in the payout with its Date, PSP Reference (the payment processor’s reference number for that payment), Type, Method, Description (links to the invoice) and Amount. Refunds and chargebacks show as negative amounts.

Export a record

On the Payouts page, Download Report saves a CSV of the payouts matching your filters: Date, Time (in your club’s time zone), Batch ID, Bank Account, Transit and Institution (your bank’s branch and bank numbers), Type, Status, Gross, Fees, Net and Currency.
If a payout shows no transactions. Transactions are linked to a payout when it is marked Paid. Until then it shows “No transactions yet”. Some older payouts can also show none. What never shows up in a payout. Cash, check, e-transfer (Interac E-transfer in Canada), account credit and gift card payments never pass through the payment processor, so they are never in a deposit. Money you add with Top Up Balance is your club’s own, not a family payment, and is listed under Balance top-ups. Reports for your books. Your sales are tagged with GL codes, which you review under Settings > Financials > Ledgers (the page is headed Ledgers & GL Codes).
