Must know
  • Its own page. The class calendar is Dashboard > Calendar in the sidebar.
  • Filters stay put. Filters narrow sessions by program, enrollment type, location, season, category, age, time, level and coach, and stay set while you move around in that browser tab.
  • Closures show as bands on both your admin and public calendars. Calendar notes appear only on the admin calendar.
  • Families see less. Your public calendar shows only scheduled sessions of programs that are visible to families.
Where to find it. Click Calendar under Dashboard in the sidebar (you need the View Dashboard permission). Home is now your dashboard landing page.

Pick a view and a date

Choose Month, Week or Day, and use the arrows or Today to move. Click the date title to open Jump to, then pick a Month and Year, from last year to three years ahead. Click a day in Month view (or +N more under a busy day), or a day’s heading in Week view, to open it in Day view.
2

Filter the sessions

Click Filters (a badge counts active ones) to open Filter calendar. Each choice applies at once. Clear all resets them and Done closes the panel. Clear filters also appears beside Filters while any filter is on.
3

The filters. Program, Enrollment Type, Location, Season (clubs using seasons), Category, Age Range, Time Range (by start time), Level (clubs using training) and Coach (matches a program’s lead and assistant coaches). Picking a level or a season drops programs that have none. Filters narrow the sessions loaded for the period on screen, and a new browser tab starts clear. Your public calendar uses the same matching rules. Reading the calendar. Month and Week show start time, program and building, up to three sessions a day in Month. Day view and phone lists add the registered count out of capacity and a Drop-in badge for Full & Drop-in programs. Colour comes from the session’s room, then its building, then its program. Cancelled sessions are faded and struck through, with a CANCELLED badge in Day view and phone lists (COMPLETED for finished ones). On phones, Month and Week become day-by-day lists. Closures. A closure is a band on every day it covers, even with no sessions: red for a whole-club closure, grey for a partial one or a calendar note. Each band names the closure, where it applies (Some classes, a building or a room) and All day or its hours. Your public calendar. Families reach it from Calendar in your website menu (the page is titled Schedule & Calendar). That tab shows while Calendar is on in Settings > Website > Pages (choosing which pages show). Filtering it. Filters opens Filter Calendar (a bottom drawer on phones) with Season, Category, Age Range, Time Range, Level and Coach. Season, Category, Level and Coach appear only when your club has them. Apply Filters just closes it, and choices reset on reload. With levels, a By Program or By Level button recolours sessions, with a key that includes No Level.
